What these terms cover
These terms cover use of the subxray.com website only. Use of the subXray product — uploading bid documents, generating leveling output, exporting Excel — is governed by a separate pilot agreement and NDA signed before any bid documents are shared. If anything here appears to conflict with that pilot agreement, the pilot agreement controls for product use.

subXray is operated by Konstantin Balakirev as a sole operation at pilot stage. Contact: hello@subxray.com.
What this site is
A marketing page describing the subXray beta. Information on the site is descriptive, not a contract. Submitting the lead form is an inquiry — it doesn't create an agreement, doesn't guarantee a pilot spot, and doesn't obligate me to provide the product.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape the site or try to break it.
- Don't submit the lead form on behalf of someone who didn't ask you to.
- Don't use the contact channels to send spam, malware, or unsolicited offers.
- Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you work for.
Intellectual property
The copy, design, screenshots, product name, and logo on this site are mine or licensed to me. You can quote and link to the site for normal commercial reference. Don't republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
Third-party links
If the site links out — to a video host, a calendar, anything external — those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. I'm not responsible for them.
No warranty on site content
This is a beta product. Performance claims, screenshots, and copy are accurate as of the "Last updated" date, but the product is evolving and the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Any direct liability arising from this website is capped at $100. (Liability arising from product use is governed by the pilot agreement, not this clause.)
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Changes
I may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
